Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fee, please add your items into the shopping cart, select your shipping method and then proceed to the checkout where you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed.
If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate.
Rarity4u will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) on time. Rarity4u is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the shipping carrier. Rarity4u bears no responsibility for delays as a result of weather, storms, employee strikes or any other complication caused by the shipping carrier.
The risk of loss and transfer of property rights and title of goods are transferred to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
All international orders are shipped using a signed for service as standard and tracking information will be given to the buyer. Please allow a minimum of 14 working days for transit, customs clearance and similar. During periods of high security, delays due to customs clearance are to be expected.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct shipping address and Rarity4u are not responsible for items despatched to an incorrect address.
Rarity4u will provide the buyer with tracking information where appropriate, so that the buyer can track the progress of the package directly with the carrier.
Import and Export Licence
Any required licence, or any import or export licence requirements or limitations are the responsibility of the buyer. Any delays related to the failure to obtain a licence or to import into a country remain the responsibility of the buyer and shall not constitute a basis for rescission or cancellation of a purchase.
Local Charges & Tax
Any local charges or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Most countries charge customs duties, taxes, and fees on items being imported. You are responsible to know your Country’s importing laws and taxes.
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying
Duties, taxes, and fees are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, so do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
For all items purchased online from Rarity4u the following conditions apply:
We agree to cancel any sale and return the original purchase price to the buyer, provided we receive the goods back in good condition within 7 days from the date the parcel is received by the buyer, when it is reasonably demonstrated that the physical condition of the item is not as described in the information given in our online shop, and provided the goods are received by Rarity4u in their original condition. Any alterations, resizing, engraving, damaged, broken, polished or similar to the item will invalidate the guarantee.
In order to receive the refund, the buyer must return the item to us in the same manner in which it was received to include but not limited to the following:
- Packaged in Rarity4u package or better
- Insured at the buyer´s cost
- Sent by the same carrier at the buyer´s cost
- Using the same export harmonised code that was originally used by Rarity4u
Any customs or import duties or fees, whether assessed by any governmental authority or other person or entity, are not included in the total purchase price, and will therefore not be refunded.
These foregoing rights of rescission are only available to the original buyer and may not be assigned to, or relied upon, by any subsequent transferee of the property sold.
Damage & Loss
If a package is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit, it is the buyer responsibility to contact the carrier to make a claim. Do not send the item back to Rarity4u, but take the goods along with the original packing to the local office of the carrier.
All damage and loss claims will be handled directly to the buyer by the carrier. Rarity4u will do all we can to assist you with your claim but will not reimburse you for the cost of the loss or damage to the item. Rarity4u can provide the original item description complete with photographs to support any loss or damage claim.
We use the UN harmonised custom codes on the custom declaration form. All descriptions must accurately describe the contents of the parcel otherwise Rarity4u are liable to prosecution.
We declare all items as a “purchase” for the purchase price amount.
We do not mark merchandise below value or mark items as “gifts” or “repairs”. Many International government regulations prohibit such behaviour. We cannot risk our reputation by falsifying any portion of the customs documents. Please do not ask us to break the law.
