Royal Albert 1Royal Albert 2Thomas Wild died in 1896 and his son Thomas Clarke Wild took over the company as sole proprietor.
 
Thomas Wild & Co was a rapidly expanding manufacture and the production of Royal Albert China was moved from the Albert Works to the St Mary’s Works in 1905. His sons Thomas E. and Frederick J. joined him in 1906 and 1908 respectively.
 
By 1910 the company was well established and built up a large export trade mainly with high class tea and breakfast sets produced in Royal Albert Crown China.
